All items I ship via Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number, delivered upon signature. But please note that not all countries support detailed online tracking.

The orders usually are shipped via the Bulgarian Posts but but KraftyHomeStudio will use its discretion to determine the best shipping agent for each order. The orders within Bulgaria are shipped via Bulgarian Post or any other courier service, I will determine the best shipping agent for each order.

Registered mail Is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.

Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undelivered or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.

- For items went missing in transit or for any other issue with your order, please message me! I will do my best to locate your order with the shipping carrier.
- A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)

KraftyHomeStudio* is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur upon receiving an item in your country. Customs taxes, if any, are solely a buyer's responsibility.

1. I will refund buyer ONLY the value of the returned items. If the items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. (The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to the recipient and pays them when ordering and they are non-refundable.)

2. Buyer are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. It must be written on the package with which buyer will send that it is a RETURN OF GOODS.

4. The buyer must declare the same value of the paid items according to the order.

5. A return address is written on the package you received.

6. Buyer need to send me the tracking number of the package you are sending.
